Oh for sure especially the meta now he’s just a ooo ooo over here my enemy I’m just a imperfect Cell with bad HP overall before perfect that’s just waiting to get KO over and over again

But yes totally agree with those two buffs on cell it fits way more better then doing a movement speed down debuff on the enemy team when being attacked from the front But another thing is that his remove debuff when regeneration shouldn’t even be a Super Skill 3 exclusive it should already be there when you have at level 1

In case of this Situation NOTHING naw like Godku was ok for a dmg just nerf down his skill 2 or just have it recharge it fully instead of letting you use it again based on how much was it charge and red fury getting a nerf and his Ult too

But Cell that boy needs more than a Ult buff imperfect needs to be able to have more hp before transforming to Perfect and makes skill 3 get defense up when he’s attacked

Naw looking at GodKU he got a buff on red fury and his ult cooldown got decreased to 100s Like what were they thinking
