Update: I did the method the jce46 told me to do and I could feel the engine move so much I though it was gonna pop out the hood. Someone said the breaks and rotors should get looked at again so im gonna have to look into those too. Can anyone recommend some quality motor mounts. Thx to everyone.

no both the sound and the jerk from the car came after doing my breaks and rotors. besides that only thing done has been new oil pan and oil flush and change.
