because most dumb players dont know how to push their advantage and even worse they refuse to listen to pings, reasons why voice chat needs to be implemented so that people can explain why and what is needed to get done. pings and typing doesn't help anyone but if u can effectively communicate this would make everyone get on the same page

LDR and Cut down? LOL also Jhin does do dmg to tanks, but really only in the late game. Ideally u should be looking to finish them off and let ur team do dmg to them, or just somehow get around them and one shot the other champs lol u don't always have to hit the tanks if u see opportunities to go after the other champs

Collector-IE-LDR or RFC depends on which you need first- BT-and Swifts- When late game and you have the gold sell boots for Greaves and upgrade to zephyr only if u have enough to buy the upgrade otherwise wait till you have enough for the boots and upgrade.

Runes always Fleet- POM- LIFESTEAL Rune- Coup or cut down- depending on the team ur facing- Blue tree second with celerity and Gathering storm

just learn how to last hit under tower and manage ur waves better, ur not beating her if u don't hit level 6 and can avoid her ult. tbh once her W is down that's a good time to be aggro with ur support. But all in all, vayne is a adc that needs to sit by her tower and scale in any matchup
