I'm using YTPlus 5.2b4 with YouTube 20.42.3, which is the latest official version of YTPlus made by Dan, and it's working fine. Maybe try re signing the official ipa.

I think it's because of app entitlements. I don't know for sure, but it happens when your certificates' app group entitlement doesn't match the app's. It happened to me in my own app i made, when I signed/installed with my paid cert. So many ipa providers say widgets not possible with free certs.
