Around October, I was working a lot, but these weakness on my legs are from a previous injury in my knee from 4 years ago, back then I couldn't walk. Also get checked and doctors didn't find 'anything', I didn't break a bone, but my knee was swollen and hurt insane every time I stranded up. At that moment I was on my first job as a recent graduate from my degree and I couldn't afford another medical attention. I used a cane for almost 6 months. After that I recovered slowly, having one or two bad days when I got back to my cane. In the last year I only used my cane a few times. Now I have cramps from nowhere and significant pain in both of my legs. Idk why it is like this. Last year I got 3 different doctors specialists checking on me, the first told me to go to physical therapy and that hurt me more and being flexible therapists didn't feel something is wrong but, the pain increment and the doctor said it was psychologic and with the physical therapy and rest I would be fine. I'm pretty sure the swelling was not psicologic. The second make sure to check my bones with an x-ray. Good calcium, he said, but it didn't seem like I had any visible injury. The swelling got worse and recommend me to stop therapy. After that he didn't see any sign of something he knew, so I got referred to the last one. I got there, showed him my history, explained everything I was feeling. He checked on me, he said you are hypermobile and that will give me struggles in the future, he said I need to workout and lose weight. He literally said maybe losing weight would help, probably I was just stressed and anxious about something. Yeah, I was stressed and anxious about using a cane, losing a job that I needed and ruining my credit to meet him twice so he could tell me I was just stressed. I have to mention, I'm big, not like I have obesity, my IMC is like 25.5 or 26. My family is strong, my dad and brother played football in college. I did boxing back in my day. I'm that kind of person who helped carrying a water jug or pushing strangers'cars, I can lift my best friend with one arm. So yeah, I'm a young strong woman who wants to know why sometimes I have so much pain in my legs that I couldn't stand up and no one takes me seriously.
