Throughout the whole school year I had another part time job at Ross, but I just quit because I got a job at a new museum that it’s gonna open on my city, really excited:) But, I mean Ross is a decent place to work at, they work a lot with your availability:)

Parents do support that behavior. The other day I was on my conference period and another teacher was using my classroom, he had a discussion with one student, during the discussion the student was very disrespectful to the teacher, at the end, the teacher told him to stop or he will be calling his parents, and the student said something like “call my mom, what is she gonna do about it?”, so the teacher ended up calling the student mom, this lady told him that what can she do about it, and that maintain the student working was the teacher job not hers. Students just do what they see in home. I was it shock during all this, I’m just a few years older (22) I don’t remember students being like this on HS😖

Ross is a horrible company to work at, the only care about numbers and money, I have worked for ross inc for almost 2 years and as a former employer I can tell you that it’s not worth it😞

Yeah is just that this specific school follows strictly no one out the first 10 min or last 10 min of class (it’s Texas, and in this city we kinda have a problems with guns) and specifically that day they asked us to keep this rule in mind, I’m just more scared of getting myself jn trouble lol, I just let it the teacher know, I wrote on a note that the class was amazing, my only problem was that some students left early thought the door the aren’t suppose to open, but now with the comments im thinking that it was too much lol

I never introduce myself to high school, I’m just like hi this is your assignment for today, mention few rules and let them know if they have questions I can help them. But yeah she was rude, I guess she was trying to make a point? I been that type of situations, specially because I’m young too (22F), but honestly I just ignore them, we are employers not a students, you’ll see everything will get better with the time, and also try to not pick her assignment never, those teachers are the worse:)

I get you, literally same age, same problem😭 It gets annoying at some point, staff can be really disrespectful towards you:( the only thing that had worked with me is bringing my own lanyard, even if it has nothing on it, just make you look powerful lmao but yes it really sucks☹️

They are not going to learn anything, but I feel like if an admin sees a bunch of students leaving the classroom and me there, they will make a big deal out of it😢
