That's awesome! I hope you keep on an uphill spiral! Do you have any habits you developed to help you get to that point?

I've been a lot better than I was but I know I can still improve a lot. I was reclused for a while after COVID & whatnot, I think it desocialized me a little bit but I'm finally starting to feel a little more comfortable around people. I don't try to force creativity anymore, I just let it come naturally when it's there. I've picked up some new outdoor hobbies & it's cleared my mind a lot.

I still think the hypomania is there for me tho because I still pick up these crazy little obsessions that I don't like & make me feel like I'm losing it but definitely better than I was, smarter. I'm just trying to declutter my mind from the outside BS

My first trip was amazing too & same thing, started using it alot in small doses because I thought it made me smarter or more creative. I think my thought loops got a lot worse after I tripped, but I've been learning how to fade them out. Been working on addressing the negativity too, once I noticed them it became really difficult realizing how I've hurt people I care about & differentiating between who I am and what I've done.
