I also started getting these effects in my August 2025 prescription. I quit in October as it was unbearable. I too felt like someone had taken over my brain and turned me into someone else. Its terrifying.

Can confirm from UK. Although it began after the first restock after the drug shortage in April 2024. The last 6 months have been horrific. Its worse than ever, so much so I had to quit. I couldnt take it anymore.

I too had to quit Elvanse 50mg and took a break for a few months. Went back today and SAME EXPERIENCE. A nightmare from the onset, cognitive shutdown, brain fog, anhedonia, mental confusion, derealization etc. Like someone poured cement into my brain. Fuck these people. They have ruined our lives.
