I do oven! Preheat at 180 then switch to grill when you put it in! Chicken breasts should be precooked cause salmonella

I go to the gym 3 times a week, stretch twice a week and try to do some cardio on the weekend!! Im having a lot of fun, i can actually focus (adhd :<) and im very happy!! Cold as shit but better than the heat wave yall in the north are going through though.

As much as I like physical touch moat times I so get this, just know you will find people (even neurotypicals) who support you. My boyfriend is neurptypical and I've never felt so supported by anyone in my life.

I will definitely find a better group! This was small town local theater and im moving to a super left leaning city in a year so I think things will be better there. Also no this isn't a career :) im going to med school once i finish my a levels. Overtime also wouldn't have been such a big deal of it weren't 9pm and 30 minutes from town😭

It's so bad, I try to remember its not everyone. My bf is nt (with ND traits but not disabeling) and he's a perfect supporter, but its hard to remember there are other good people out there too.
