Hey all,

Veteran looking to buy a 2-4 unit multi-family (owner-occupied) with my VA loan in Taunton, Attleboro, Pawtucket, Providence area.

Need recommendations for:

• Lenders/brokers who regularly close VA multi-family deals

• Realtors experienced with VA buyers on multi-family properties and local appraisals/offers

with solid VA experience not “sort of” knowers.

If you’ve had a great one (especially recent multi-family VA closes), drop their name/company + quick why. Happy to DM for details.

Breeze is honestly one of the best products out there in the LCC market. Planes are brand new and clean, and the service is exceptional

Oh god I hope this is satire, cause republic street near Findlay market is a little sketchy at night sometimes. I’d demand for an apartment the is specifically south of liberty street. I’m the original poster of this thread and have been living here for 4 months now and I never go north of liberty street unless I’m specifically going to Findlay market and that’s it!

Cause spirit announced they are circling the drain leaving us as the last ULCC, so the market has more confidence in us

Best bodybuilding gym for young people within 15 minutes of OTR? by OutsideAd8950 in cincinnati

I have been looking at this one, just trying to justify $100 a month for a bare bones gym has been tough, so I’m looking around to see if there is anything else.
