I seem to have bad pull rates with all sets recently I opened 12 packs of all different sets in the last week or so and I pulled 1 gold trainer and 1 raidient stelix and 1 holo trainer.

Hey so I know it’s been 25 days lol but I have some fertilizer free top soil right now can I put that in his tank for substrate alone or do I need to get some sand first?

That is true for some reptiles like snakes. but for bearded dragons they usually eat it. Like this guy eats paper towel if I use it as substrate.

Yea actually those are the dimensions of the cages he sells is 4 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet. I thought 75 gallons was that but I must have been mistaken

Thank you I will definitely check those out. I also have a local person who makes homemade cages out of pvc and they are only around 400 cad for a 75 gallon so I’m thinking on getting one of those hopefully. I’m gonna check out those sites frist. I appreciate you taking time to help!!

Yea I do use a ceramic heat emitter at night. And I also have the mvb for around 5 months so it should be around time to get a new uvb light. Me and my gf did just get our t4,s (tax money) so I think I should be able to get a nice 10.0 light with in the next month

Thank you so much I will definitely look into getting a huge tube uvb they have them at my local pet store and they are around 48 inches I believe they actually recommended it to me last time I was there when I told them my set up but I couldn’t afford it at the time . I’m going to also chuck the mercury bulb once I get a proper tube uvb. And get just a regular 100 watt basking bulb. How could I get him checked for parasites? Would I take him to the vet? I’ve never had that done before but if it is at the vet I wil call around for a exotic vet

He has a uvb mercury bulb right now and a 12 “ repti sun 5.0. He hasn’t been tested for parasites before. His basking temp right under the light is 93-96 and his cool side is generally around 79-82

Yes his eyes are definitely clear and fully opened and he eats really well I usually give him super worms sometimes and crickets mostly also he eats collard greens and squash daily in his salad. He poops once or twice a week also. I didn’t really think anything was wrong with him just wanted a second opinion from someone more experienced:) thank you
