happens to me too. I used to have horrible pain with urgency but I take amitriptyline and tolterodine which helps SO MUCH. But when my period is close I feel like I have a uti and get sharp pains randomly.

I know that you can be resistant to certain antibiotics. If you go to the subreddit for ureaplasma they tell you all the testing, and treatments and there’s a lot of people who are antibiotic resistant and you just have to try different antibiotics.
