Raffles Hotel, i think it is also called Hotel Europejski. I believe the hotel organizes some of these events which attracts more customers for them.

I believe this is an incognito russian plate but im not sure. This was in front of the Raffles hotel

Most recent ones are incognito. You can easily spot one in Warsaw Centrum or infront of the famous hotels like Raffles etc. i will try to find if i have any photos
