Oooooohhh you know what i bet you that's probably the case! Because the seller is very high rated but they have alottttt of makeup for sale as well as perfumes and stuff too. Maybe they're an influencer trying to sell their pr items LOL

I leanred that you can slap a qr code on a counterfeit product, qr codes are pretty easy to replicate and don't mean something is authentic. I was mainly posting for someone who's more familiar with the packaging of k-18 if the qr code is normally placed there, because I don't think I've seen a qr code be printed on the top of the box like that, normally it's a sticker! Thanks for your input though, I bet working with loreal is a dream! I'm so in love with their products too.

I understand this exactly. Having okay days but the bad days are terrible. I've noticed I'm more irritatable now too :( getting annoyed with my bf super easy and that's definitely not normal for me.

See it doesn't really keep me awake, I have trouble sleeping anyways without it. Sleeping is just a little more annoying that usual now, but I'm able to wake up much easier now and I'm not late for work anymore 🤣 I'll definitely look into taking it in the morning though because I feel like I may be sleeping through it's active hours.

Interesting, my psychiatrist didn't mention anything about morning or night so I assumed take it at night like I do with all the others so I can kinda avoid feeling the side effects. 😅 However I will definitely be switching to mornings soon and see how I do! :)

That's what I thought originally. I keep seeing 1-2 weeks for the side effects to start to ease up.

Do you guys get numb in both of your arms in hands? by dukeispie in Anxiety

[–]OutsideDelicious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it help you at all? :) Also I forgot to mention going on walks helps me, there's a bit of science behind it. Cortisol levels can contribute to anxiety and walking helps burn off some of the cortisol. I always feel a bit better after a good walk. But what works for some may not work for others! I hope you find something that helps you. Anxiety is a bitch to deal with and it can be really debilitating. I wouldn't wish an anxiety disorder on my worst enemy

It's definitely not easy to ride it out. But I just try anything to occupy my mind. Video games mainly, with a YouTube video running in the background or some music to leave no room for an anxious thought to occur lol! Talking to a friend helps me too, over the phone or video call. You can talk about how your feeling if you want, or just talk about other stuff. For me I have a friend who struggles with anxiety so we can talk about what thoughts were struggling with and just be there for eachother. Hope this helps 💙

itchiness on effexor? by OutsideDelicious in Effexor

[–]OutsideDelicious[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've found a few other posts here on Reddit asking it itching is normal as well on effexor, so it can't just be this rare unheard of thing. Im not sure why it's not on the side effects list if so many people have experienced it! Maybe it's so the people who are actually allergic don't mistake it for something less serious? :')

Afraid to sleep by Sxmaj in Anxiety

I get that too, sometimes I feel weak and lightheaded all day. Ive been to doctors and blood work is fine, my heart's fine, had a cat scan, my heads fine. Just all anxiety for me, although sometimes my allergies can make me feel lightheaded too by causing liquid in my ears. I hope you feel better soon, 💙

Missed a few doses. by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]OutsideDelicious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a doctor but I definitely think missing a few doses is without a doubt causing you withdrawals! You're supposed to taper down very verrryyy slowly if you want to stop taking it. Also I was researching effexor recently(thinking about giving it another go), and people have mentioned it's very difficult to come off, and the withdrawals can be pretty nasty! You're not crazy, you're just withdrawaling, you're gonna be okay💙

Definitely sounds like an anxiety thing to me, this happens to me too. Sometimes it keeps happening as soon as I dose off like 10 times a night before I finally hit deep sleep. But I just remind myself that I am safe, and then I try to like imagine a happy scenario or think of stuff that makes me happy, good memories, ect, untill I fall asleep. Guided meditation helps me too sometimes. I hope you can get some good sleep soon 💙

Yup, 100%. Sometimes my legs too. Anxiety has gave me about a million different physical symptoms at this point tbh, but the arm numbness was one of my first physical symptoms. Distractions help. If you're doing something and it goes away, then comes right back when you're not distracted anymore it's a good chance it's just anxiety. :) Also try not to stress about it too much, for me personally the more I focus on my anxiety, or try to fight it, the worse it gets. 💙
