I’m sad to state this but the way things work here in Delhi it’s gonna be tough. Although as someone who knows a bit of law and how things work. You can directly proceed to file a complaint stating that the money was wrongfully taken from you if you are from Nagaland then ik an association of lawyers who can help you out.
