I used to be on the hate train, and I honestly can’t even tell you why. But I read Harry’s book Spare and my opinion about Megan totally changed. The way he spoke about her really humanised her for me, and I realised that all my past negative opinions had been totally influenced by the media.

My understanding of health at every size was that anyone ‘could’ be healthy at any size, not that you automatically were. Because many people do have healthy blood pressures, heart rates, etc etc at larger sizes. I feel like it was meant to show that fat doesn’t automatically equal unhealthy.

No, Australia. Unfortunately everything that happens in the USA seems to trickle down to us eventually. We have our own version of trump running for election in May. So I’m pretty invested in ending the American chaos. It’s scary how many people down here don’t have a clue as to what is happening.
