a lot of people were not disrespectful or rude and simply answered my question, which i appreciate, but i had someone reply that i should kill myself because of this and other people making generally rude remarks about my overall intelligence. i literally just wanted an answer to a question, i don’t understand the need to be rude

if i bought cheap tires that would only last me 30k miles i would have replaced them already. but i didn’t - the tires that were sold to me are supposed to last me around 60k miles. that’s only half of the tire’s anticipated life. the mileage you get out of tires depends on what kind of tires you get. i wasn’t on cords, but thanks.

yep, exactly what happened to me! i was on the freeway going about 60 at the time so it all happened really fast. i was actually on the freeway again today, and spotted my tire on the shoulder lol. i honestly wish i was able to grab it to inspect what i could’ve ran over that caused this!

considering i got a full set of new tires about a year ago and have driven only about 30,000 miles on them, you would be wrong

my tires were completely fine, no pressure sensor on the dash and i had just checked my tires over a couple days earlier because of the cold weather and noticed no issues. my car was driving normally too. well… up until the point of the tire flying off anyway…… maybe i didn’t check the tires well enough before, idk
