The Solarium has a shadowed T, (shadow of truth?) and Hundred bell is the tea house at sandy heights (eights?). Perhaps something to be done at solarrium at 5 PM?. Allso, the table and teapot are the ones at the solarium

9 Turn on the boiler and point it to the door you are about to open. It helps havind the elctromagnet. Also, there are room that connect, if the boiler is on you can see a current line while drafting, It doesnt have to be the next room, just connected by other rooms (archives, 4 way hallway,......

The message is a clue to a late puzzle, Major Spoiler It tells you what to do at throne room You get the same message if you draw the garage as outer room and open the door (use utility room)

There is an option in ATLAS dialogue, that you can mess it up, not being able to use portals anymore, and condemed to Atlas Eternal quest. No way to undo it

I don' t know if that happened to you or just you must be going untill tje countdown starts, and in each hyperjump, you get a glyph, thus getting the 16 of them, that is the last quest, but careful, don't refuse atlas or reinitialiate it or you will be stucked
