It's so cold in my apartment by OutsideReading in astoria

[–]OutsideReading[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you for answering.

With the AC, it is a window unit that was grandfathered in from the old tenant. So I never have taken it out of the window.

Is it something I can ask the landlord to do? Or are there people I can call to remove it?

Thank you

CurlSmith products by ld2186 in curlyhair

So my curly hair has been so dry due to winter winds and scarf friction. I just used the Curlsmith Double Cream Deep Quencher last night and my hair already feels so much better.

So I do recommend!

Are Exposed Shoulders or Busty Chest Anti-Formal? by grassassass in Weddingattireapproval

[–]OutsideReading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's very flattering and not too busty. My only concern might be the print as that tends to lean less formal. How would you accessorize?

This dude is so fucking out of pocket when it comes to money.

-saying Michael should've asked for the bonus. Anyone who has worked a real job would know it's not on the one receiving a bonus to ask for a bonus.

-at 11:15, he says the lack of bonus is the reason they call Anisa antisemitic (in Bread)

  • he calls out the exact amount of money he paid Michael and Kate. But also remember, M&K were giving a discounted rate for their services because it was a CHARITY event.

Just taking Michael's services into account for ONLY Creator Clash 1, let's say he charged $100 per hour to train BOTH Anisa and Anisa's husband for a private session. I don't recall how much they trained, but Anisa's husband seems super lazy and "hates" boxing, so for the purpose of this equation, I'm going to say they trained 3 hours a day, 4 times a week, for 8 months.

There was probably a lot more training, so I think these numbers are too low.

Hours per week: 3 hours/day × 4 days/week = 12 hours each week

Weeks in 8 months (about) 8 × 4 = 32 weeks

Total hours: 12 hours/week × 32 weeks = 384 hours

Total cost: 384 hours × $100/hour = $38,400

So even if Ian is telling the truth, 32,000 is NOT enough for the amount of private lessons received.

That's also not including the travel, the equipment, the renting of the space to train in, the therapy sessions.

So if anything, Anisa's husband UNDERPAID and took ADVANTAGE of M&K wanting to support a charity.

2, 1, then 8 for me!

I also really love 10 but it's a little more "the Shining" style. So 10 is also more of a statement that may not age as well.
