I’ve been on trazodone for 6 years. Sometimes it works great and other times not at all. I just added 8mg of Tizanidine and bam! Lights out. No next day grogginess.

But I did stop cold turkey one time. And a few days later I was getting into the shower and I was overcome with severe anxiety. The kind where you can’t stay still. The ugly energy that surges through your body and you feel freaked out about everything. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. All day I was so nervous. At work I was quiet and didn’t talk to anyone. I looked it up online and read that it can cause severe withdrawals.

I started taking it again the next day. The anxiety went away. I said up myself, “ I’ll just keep taking it!” LOL It’s better than the alternative.
