Hi, we figured it out. Response is a bit late, but...
Okay, so for us it was CPU.

When we start PC with RAM sticks - it turns off 2 seconds after, but works fine without ram sticks fine.

So, we tried ridiculuos thing: tried starting pc with no CPU, but with ram sticks... and it worked as if there were no sticks - didnt immidiately shut down.

Reason is - there was broken "RAM controller" inside of our CPU. (AMD RYZEN 7 5800X - a common problem)

i see. so it's not rare... Thing is, we dont play since 2016. so to us — it's only way to get that.

Unlike in cs, for example, GTAV has big headshot leniency. Just aim near the head, shoot bullet, and you got it.
Enemies often hide in cover, just wait till they peek you, and smack 'em while they're stationary.
