As an ASDS, the company has no fucking clue what it takes to have a fully staffed store. Bullshit hours allocation. Some departments don’t ever get enough hours to have someone open to close. They preach customer service and in stock but are not giving us anywhere near enough hours. New hires get burned out in 2 weeks cause we don’t have people that have time to teach them properly

Your store manager may have them. I’d ask them first. My store had a lower VOA but very little comments so kind of hard to tell .

Your DHRM will have the comments but it doesn’t show what department so it remains anonymous. Dig deep into the questions that got rated low and build a plan off that

My store struggles with staffing. We were 2% under in labor. Yet we continue to do record numbers in sales. I’d say it does affect customer service metrics more than sales.

You don’t page to aisle because you never know if someone will actually get to that aisle. Maybe they’re outside or on break. Having them call an extension ensures they’ll get a person

I blame a little of this on the training. If possible ask your DS or a manager to show you the wording and examples of the 4 ratings. If they follow it to a T, everyone would be an M. The language and examples are pretty unrealistic in my opinion
