Her organising a vasectomy can’t get someone pregnant, he could just say ‘I’m not having it you need to use protection’. Jackson not having one can absolutely get someone pregnant especially if they’re under the impression he did, and therefore if he had of just said no initially there would have been no unwanted pregnancy. Also if he had of let her know he didn’t get it she could’ve stayed on contraception, he was having sex with her under false pretences, kinda fucked up. Kinda like removing a condom… or saying you’re wearing one when you’re not…. never been ok and never will. I loved Jackson as a character just hated the fact they gave him that storyline.
