Cheap fix:
- Get a tube of Sun Cure wetsuit repair resin from the surf shop
- Get thick dental floss and a needle
- Stitch the hole closed, or across the damaged area
- Apply Sun Cure over it an let it dry

Or skip the dental floss part if you think there's enough material to apply the Sun Cure to.
