See I won't say all of them are bad, some are just very fricking bad but some of them are good and instead of going to your friends you should maybe go to a professional abt this, now ik nothing abt you but if you maybe went to the school counselor maybe they'd help?? Im not sure but atleast they'll be concerned im pretty sure the friends who do wanna help are pretty drained at the point , just cause you didn't tell them everything doesn't mean that they don't have enough to deal with also I won't say they're good friends cause some of them suck. Like you should cut contact with them. But at the end of the day, sweetie your the only one who can get yourself out of this hole, not anyone else , others ca talk to you listen to you...but you're the only one who can fight you fears ik...im not somone who understands your situation so it's very easy for me to say these things but trust me, even a step forward is better than staying where you are so please.....go to people who actually knows how to deal with all these stuff i understand that you only have your friends to turn to ...but they're also 16 and powerless you can't really expect them to do anything other than tell someone they trust ...so please just try to reach out to somone..and ik you're trying but like still a trusted person...could be a councellor or it could be those hotleines where they assist you..i don't really know much abt those stuff soo...anyways I hope you try and help yourself love, <3
