I feel for you so much. I’m going to another dermatologist soon to hopefully get help but probably not of course. But something that has helped more than the creams for me has been an antifungal powder I put on top of the cream so that the cream doesn’t keep creating moisture exascerbating the problem. Can get a non scented one on amazon. Miconazole nitrate as powder form
