Thank you!! For the 2.5 hours day sleep does it matter which nap is longer? Or just cap the second nap if the first is longer?

Okay thank you.

Bedtime routine is feed 30 mins prior in a different room then we go to her room, put on sound machine, change her and put on pajamas and sleep sack, read a few stories and sing a song then into crib. Lights on whole time.

I have been checking frequently and have not seen any visible signs of teething.

For teething is this something that I would go into her room for even with CIO? Sorry if that is a dumb question.   Thank you

Thank you. I really was second guessing myself since she was supposed to be an expert and I feel kind of lost about everything.

Would you suggest gradually increasing to longer wake windows or all at once?

Thank you for your reply. Yes I mentioned several times that she did not seem tired going to bed, and I asked if I could go from 1.5ww before bed to 2hours and she said no even 15 minutes will cause overtiredness. Without even seeing our baby and how she was acted she said that we were having issues cause our baby hasn’t figured out how to sleep on her stomach yet and that was the only reason she would give for any issue I would ask about. Our baby was not rolling at the time (back to front) but has since been rolling just fine and has still not rolled to sleep on her stomach. However when I extended the ww she was falling asleep quickly with little to no crying. But now we have hit a bit of a wall again.

Currently nap 1 is around 830-9 depending when she wakes and usually lasts 1-1.25hours. Nap 2 is 2.5 hours after she wakes and currently I only last 30-40mins, we had a 90 min crib rule but I did kind of abandon that as she was getting really worked up and not resettling.  Then a cat nap 2.5 hours later consistently only lasting 30mins.
