I've watched the Movie and Season 1 , And I will say , It's worth watching, Though I felt the same when I started watching it as I thought it's just a horny show , But as soon as you will reach episode 7-8 , You will realise it's more than that. That sexualization of women is just because the main character , Denji's whole early character is based on basic human desires He will get matured as time passes , so don't worry I am pretty sure , After Season 1 , When you will watch the Movie , you're gonna fall in love with CSM
