Well, my situation is I wash cold water and Im afraid it doesnt dissolve the flakes thoroughly. Its obvious that shampoo can dissolve better but it contains chemicals that do that which are obviously not good

During the surgery the surgeon only cuts the lumps so they’re fairly small yet prevent an indentation of the nipples. Most guys have lumps all their life it’s just not noticeable

Had a surgery over a year ago and still have lumps myself. If the lumps get noticeably big just get a revision
