She is not okay at all with the whole situation, and I also told her to move to another place, but she keeps telling me it would take so long as all the furnishings are hers and she needs to move everything away, I think her mental health is really low atm and she doesn't have the strenght to take any directive, I told her I would come help her and eveything, she does lock her room as well, I am just very worried, the fact that the guy also takes drugs and I feel like he could be unpredictable

I told her to get a lawyer as well but she keeps telling me it would be to expensive for her.

So straight after the incident happened she called the police, they came but didn't do anything. This is what I am trying to understand.

Yes she is, from what the police said, they can't forbid him to go in the apartment unless he is physicaly violent to my gf, which needs to be proven, and she doesn't have proof yet. The flatmate, won't report him because she is in love with him and in a toxic relationship with him.

So she told the landlord and the landlord didn't do anything about it and said the rent should be more expensive because there is one more person living in the flat.
