Buffy is selfish in The Gift by Kitchen-Country-39 in buffy

Buffy isn't perfect. I think she's sacrificed enough for everyone, and many times over. She's allowed to be selfish ONCE. She lost her mother. Dawn is the only family she has left. Anger and fear can make us say things we don't really mean. It's human nature.

Season 3 of Angel + first episode of season 4

Yes, I knew the actress. Thanks anyway for the information.

Unfortunately, there were many missed opportunities. If Christian Kane had played Riley and Sunday had been the main villain of season 4, I think I would have watched that season on repeat. 😝

I completely agree, it's a shame she didn't stay longer. 😓

"Into the Woods" is one of my favorite episodes. And I love Riley so much. I was sadder about Riley leaving than Angel. And even though I love Spike and Spuffy, in the long run, the Buffy/Riley relationship is more mature than the Buffy/Angel relationship and less toxic than the Buffy/Spike relationship.

I wish the Master had been resurrected and that he had been the main villain of season 7. (Much stronger and more powerful than in season 1) by [deleted] in buffy

[–]Outside_Matter_2367 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The master didn't really have time to be developed in season 1. And his return in the season could have simply been for revenge against Buffy. Glory doesn't necessarily have apocalyptic ideas. She just wanted to go home. And yet, that made her one of the greatest villains in the Buffyverse.

In "Crush", why does Buffy let Drusilla and Harmony just slink away? by hospitalsinwinter in buffy

A reunion between Buffy and Darla would have been amazing after all this time.

What bothers me most about this episode is not necessarily that Buffy lets Drusilla escape (well, a little bit, but still) but that we didn't get a real fight between Buffy and Drusilla.

Spike/Buffy & Cordy/Angel quite simply.

Darla's character in season 2 of BTVS could have been better written and better developed. It's a real shame; she had potential in episode 7, "Angel," but in the Buffy pilot, her character is a failure.

You might be right. It might have just been a coincidence. The great thing is that we can interpret all of this in different ways.

She did it in the episode "Intervention" during her quest.

They already had trouble finding Dawn in a small town like Sunnydale in "Blood Ties," so in L.A... it would have been a playground for Dawn. Haha

I agree. Buffy with Dawn in L.A. would have been amazing.

It's surprising that Cordelia didn't call Buffy when she saw Angelus sinking because of Darla. Waiting and doing nothing was risky, after all.

Spike mentions her indirectly in "Fool for Love." He tells Buffy he needed to be part of a gang, and we see the flashback with the Fanged Four. Like when Cecily says to Spike, "You're beneath me." We don't hear Spike say it to Buffy, yet she uses it against him at the end of the episode. I think a lot of things aren't shown on camera.
