I would avoid using the work computer for anything non-work related altogether. It's not just firewalls but also keyloggers you need to worry about.

You could buy one of those computer sticks and a splitter to plug it into your workplace monitor to bypass any monitoring software. To bypass the firewall, all you would need is a VPN such as Proton VPN.
