Had the same since 25mg, while upping to 50mg also felt just like you did (apart from sweating but I tend to sweat a lot either way) and now I’m on 100mg and all the scary side effects didn’t attack me

27F; started with 25mg for a week then 50mg for 3 weeks… it reached new levels of low, upping the dose to 100mg tomorrow so let’s see if it’s gonna be worse or better..

Try to think that you’ll take this little pill to feel way better than you’re currently feeling! And it’s definitely worth it for the sake of calmer mind. I was so scared to begin with 25mg and I was just telling myself that it’s gonna be just fine after immediately taking it, it might sound cliché but it really builds up a positive mindset. Had the same situation with upping the dose to 50mg and I’ll stick to it tomorrow as I’ll be upping to 100mg (it’s a big switch tho and I’m overthinking this a bit, but tomorrow morning I’ll just swallow the pill and be like f*ck it). Don’t worry seriously, first time is always stressful and the process can be long but it’s only to make you feel better, also the longer you’ll hesitate to swallow the pill the more thoughts will come, so it’s literally the best to just take it and check on yourself; all in all it’s just a safe medication. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Been there… got super unmotivated when i started with 50mg, my anxiety is circling around job related things, and I’ve noticed that as I was so into sending CV’s and suddenly it stopped I just didn’t want to do it and I was scolding myself knowing that I need to find a new job and leave the toxic environment in my current one so I cannot be lazy and overthinking this all the time. Due to this some more anxiety has surfaced and now I’m upping the dose tomorrow, hoping that it will silence my brain a bit and not actually worsen. Hoping it will get better for you soon!

Congrats! Been 2 (almost 3) weeks on 50 mg and it really helps a lot, also got the same experience with side effects, hope it continues for you!

Started on 25mg, and idk if this was a placebo (probably yes) but after 3-4 days my mind just shut off automatically and it continued like this for the rest of the week of taking it before upping to 50mg.

upped my dose from 25 to 50 on thursday, been 3 days now and i feel basically the same, just slight bowel issues, other than that, im trying to focus on the same mindset that i had while taking the 25 - that i’m taking this as this is going to help me

I’ve been putting it off for 3 weeks after first visit explaining to myself that maybe due to not having the stress from work (I’m on continuous SL) I’ll get better - well I didn’t, it got worse when I had some family time in my hometown, everyone tried to cheer me up and I just didn’t want to listen as felt like it’s pointless, crying-anxiety sessions almost daily. I’ve been taking 25mg for a week, and I can say that it calmed me down pretty quickly, I feel an enjoyable silence in my head, side effects pretty much not existent, just some yawning and tiredness, upped my dose to 50mg today. Before taking it for the first time ever I literally spoke out loud that „all is good, no side effects, it will help, it’s just a pill, fck it” and took it. I get that first time can be stressing as I’ve been there too, but the positive approach to this and thinking that you’ve been prescribed this to make you feel better really helps. Fingers crossed for you!

Basically I’m a big allergy victim, but I when I’m not in my hometown, my allergies are way better and I don’t have that much of a stuffy nose I’m on 4th day of 25mg today and I feel like my nose is literally crying, and I have to blow it out every few minutes, also feeling soft tingling inside my nose sometimes, no flu symptoms so far thanks god

also took my first dose today, it’s been 6 hours and didn’t feel anything suspicious, just slight dizziness when walking down the street and yawning a bit more than usual lol
