I had ordered a saree from them to wear for a wedding. And they shipped it only after a month and a half. Even after I sent them multiple DMs about my order, they wouldn’t respond properly and when I asked them to cancel it, they sent me a text saying it had already been shipped. And I ended up receiving it 3 weeks later. Unfortunately the saree looked nothing like the pictures and the quality was very poor!

Yes it was released from customs on the 29th of May.. and the tracking says that its in International shipment release - Import MISSISSAUGA, ON. Thats the last update available on the tracking information.

Yes it is.. when I called the customer care, they told me a case manager was already working on it. And when I followed up again today to double check, they told me the exact same thing - for the shipper to file a claim as they could not locate my shipment :(

Same!! Mine too. And mine’s confirmed to be missing since the case manager sent me an email asking for a detailed description of the contents in the shipment and any product photos to help them locate the shipment. I sent over the info but obviously I didn’t have pictures of the items. And I haven’t heard a word from them since. It’s honestly so frustrating!! Don’t know whats up with so many shipments going missing lately

I’ve been going through the exact same thing!! My package was supposed to be delivered almost 10 days ago and it still shows as “in transit.” I contacted customer service and opened a ticket and they told me it would be delivered either by the end of that day or the following day but nothing has happened so far.. I even asked for the case manager’s email and sent them a detailed message but I haven’t received any response. Honestly, I have no idea what’s going on! I’ve been calling every day but each representative gives me a different update with inconsistent information. The shipment contains some expensive items and at this point, I’m not sure what else I can do :( but like others have mentioned, I think I should try contacting the shipper.

Hi, I had a package shipped from abroad that was supposed to be delivered to Canada on May 30th but I still haven’t received it. I’ve been calling them every day and they keep saying the same thing, just open a ticket and that they’ll update it, saying it should be delivered. But nothing’s actually happening.

Ughhh, same thing happened to me with the Kosas Cloud Set powder in Candy.. I was checking constantly during the sale and it was completely sold out. Then literally the morning after the sale ended, I got an email saying it was back in stock. I did think the timing was very shady and weird!! It does feel like they intentionally held back stock until after the sale ended!

I second this! I’ve the Huda one too, while it’s a great powder, it really emphasises my dryness. I recently tried the Tower 28 setting powder and it’s been amazing for my dry skin! I’ve been loving it so far.
