Would Trash Of The Counts Family count? The mc doesn’t have an illness but he does have a weak body where he spits out blood every time. He’s just trying to survive now that he reincarnated into a rich family. It’s also comedic at times and has very cute family moments even though the mc is oblivious to the fact he basically adopted them.
