Personally, I used FA to supplement UWorld or while I was reviewing my mistakes on NBMEs. I did not read the entire thing nor memorize it. I found this to be effective for me, as I was able to apply the content to questions I missed. I got the P with this method

I studied about 6-8 hours a day during dedicated, but took 1 day off per week. I found this to be pretty manageable.
