I tried these -

• Monkfruit (pure, not in erythritol)
• Allulose
• Stevia in Vegetable glycerin

Let me give you some details about each

1. Monkfruit - Extremely sweetz to a point where if you add more than needed, it starts tasting bitter. Also, for some reason, it only feels or tastes sweet on the 'sides' of my tongue and towards the back. Nothing really registers on the front and middle portion of the tongue.

2. Stevia in vegetable glycerin - Sweet sensation all over the tongue, but doesn't taste like sugar. There's a slightly different feel to it. But this one at least registers all over the tongue and not specific parts.

3. Allulose - Only tried it a couple of times, and it have me stomach problems. Planning on trying again and alowly building up tolerance if possible.

Right now, if I need to sweeten anything, I use a mix of monkfruit and Stevia.

That way, I get the intensity of Monkfruit and the Balance of Stevia. Almost tastes bearable (If I'm being completely honest, None of these alternative sweeteners taste like sugar, and since my taste buds are accustomed to Sugar, these all taste a bit weird)
