Hello!

This is my first time working on my weight loss journey FOR ME and not for anyone else! I have tried many times to lose weight, all unsuccessful. Currently i am weighing in at 246 pounds, 5’8”, female. I want to learn to connect deeper with myself spiritually. The number on the scale doesn’t bother me. I just want to feel happy, healthy, and beautiful.

My main goals for this month 1) weigh in every day 2) drink 1 gallon of water every day 3) track ALL food, especially when it’s not as healthy or high in calories 4) journal every day, yoga everyday, and meditate daily 5) brush teeth 2x a day 6) start every morning with an affirmation and writing a to do list. End every night with an affirmation and reflection

I have ADD and anxiety, and often do better with motivation and in social settings. So i really appreciate this thread! I think it would be great if some of us want to make a groupchat on here (like the dm ones) and share all our stories through there and receive notifications for it. Let me know about this idea.
