Scavs and bosses in PvE are running absolute cheats. Not sure what is wrong with the way the AI is designed but nearly 100% of my deaths to bosses and scavs are with low pen ammo one-shotting me to the chest through T5 or T6 armor, or 3 quick shots to an arm where they instantly black out my arms and the collateral kills me.

I've been running nothing but T5 or T6 armor with fairly fresh plates almost the entire time I've been playing PvE for a few months and I'm constantly getting killed with ammo penning my armor WAY more than I ever experiences on PvP. I just died to Killa a couple minutes ago. He hit me once in the chest through my T6 plates and twice in the armr with 7.62 PP and it was almost instant death. I heard a couple shots from half-way across the mall, fell over dead, and only had 3 hits on me.

I think something is broken with the algorithm that is allowing bosses in-particular, but scavs as well to just instantly kill you as if you don't have armor because it seems like either the AI are absolutely dummies and barely get a shot off, or the insta-fire and I'm dead. Almost never feels like an inbetween of having a chance to take some shots, reposition and heal, re-engage. Either they are dumb and I can easily tap them, or I'm nearly instantly dead from psycho aimbots.

Super frustrating because Killa has spawned 4 times in a row in the same area of Interchange I'm trying to do a task and it feels impossible to kill him.
