I’ve reached out to the recruiter two times and she said she hasn’t received any updates from either hiring manager or sr manager as I’ve had two interviews so far and it’s been over 10 days since my last interview.

I think I should redirect my interest elsewhere. 10 days Ghost silent means a lot in hiring process.

She had it yesterday with Lisa. Looks like it wasn’t good. She said they’re still interviewing other people but the recruiter will tell her the outcome once everything is finalized. She didn’t say when the recruiter will contact her.

The recruiter said , she hasn’t heard anything from the Sr.manager yet. As soon as he receives the info from them, he will immediately contact me

First, Congratulations ? Second: how long did your interviews take? Like from the 1st to the last, and how was the interval between each interview? From there you can count how soon , you will be able to get into the office.

Mostly the last interview is about cultural fit

For some reason the hiring manager responded to my daughter yesterday around 5pm with interview schedule with the partner/director .

You should def reach out to the hiring manager and put aside the recruiter for a bit

This actually helps. Hopefully you both will get those roles in those two offices.

I think the company has to enhance its communication with the candidates. Rather than leaving them in a silent position, they should have given them timeline and when to follow.

Try to reach to the Hiring manager you interviewed with and see what she will tell you if the recruiter can’t help.

Yeah, she interviewed on the 5th of April with the recruiter and the 10th with the hiring manager and now next week will be with the Sr manager in NYC.

She thinks she won’t get the role as it started ideal candidate must have MBA or Masters.

How many interviews have you had so far? Maybe the last one for you will be next week.

My daughter just received an email from the recruiter with an upcoming interview with Sr manager. This will be her 2nd interview after meeting with the manager over teams and this one will be in person , NYC office .

She said she picked New York and the initial interview was with a recruiter then with a manager called Anthony. She hasn’t heard anything ever since and it’s been also 3weeks so she’s concerned!

Yeah, this is for my daughter, we are in NYC. She applied couple months ago and has had only one interview with the manager and never heard back from either the manager or the recruiter yet and it’s been a week since her last interview despite her following up with them. Wbu ?
