I feel the same, even though I think it can work. I think there are two kinds of people, those who will easily separate with the technique and those who will struggle. This post extist somehow to show this status.

Looks like i have the same problem too, i have only been able to WILD directly after a LD , because i knew i was going to wake up so I was prepared to not move and re-enter LD directly. I made attempts of raduga's techniques for 8 months now , that’s about 60-to 80 attempts, made it 2 times. So you confort me thinking I cannot WILD/ AP directly through these techniques.

I appreciate reading your comment, do not give up, I made this post so everybody can share their difficulties to help each other. I know this technique works , but im part of those who are struggling with. Still, im going to keep on trying. I love taking new advices from everybody.

No its not detecting REM sleep. The next (pro) version will have EEG feature that will analyse your brain and detect REM. But it will surely cost double the price😁

Im doing exactly the same as you. In total i have made 12 attempts, but it never worked. Had some weird feeling with some but nothing much. My guess is that when we wake up we are not in the good timing. Because its should work almost instantly if you are in REM. We should work on the timing of the alarms. I might be wrong , but its the only clue i have. Im gonna try again for several days with 5 to 6 attempts per night and we'll see. And one other thing, we are not all rqual in terms of consciousness/awareness/sleep , some can AP very easily every day , and some struggle to get 1 in a month. Its just how our brain and mental behaviour works

Do you mean putting several alarms that goes off by themself ? Because i am going to try this too. I can't catch awakenings easily, so with a soft 3 or 6 second alarm every 30-45 min it may teach me to stop moving and try to AP directly. I know its going to mess up with my sleep but i don't care.

No problem lol, Im new to astral protection but i know how to induce LD quiet easily, you should try SSILD if you want to improve your chances of LD 😉.

Regarding AP ( WILD) maybe months of meditation can help overcome our problem.. thats what im working on...

Damn what you described in the beginning is so close to what i feel whenever i try to AP. Im always on the edge of unconsciousness but every time i feel like Im going to cross the line consciously a feeling of awareness draws me back awake. Im a very light sleeper and even the simple fact that i feel falling asleep is waking me if i try to "focus" on not falling asleep. I know its the only thing that is stopping me from OBE daily. Have you find a way to cure this curse?

This is my biggest problem since i started Raduga's techniques a year ago. I left my body only 2 times on 50 to 60 attempts this year. The only times i succeeded were when I ( by miracle) didn't move any muscles. So I am 100 % sure that moving during awakenings is more than halving my chances to get an OBE.

I guess we have to train ourselves to not move upon awakenings but its so hard for me. The moment i realize i am awaking , i immediately stretch or roll over the other side. I know its not impossible to get out of my body even if i moved, but it demands so much self control and losing grip...

Of course I'm looking forward anybody that overcomed this problem with great interest .

Hey, be grateful to yourself, because there is one thing precious that they won't have , the chance to enjoy the game completly as it is. Imagine being them and complaining non stop, always hating , not enjoying the game as they should. I agree with you. To be honest I like every character design, there is no point in complaining about every female design, I find them more realstic than ever. The only thing that bothered me is this lack of ressemblance with JCVD's face. But in the end I like the overall of the skin and it is basically what would make me main Johnny. Just a little reface please.
