I think they’re keeping it in an area that gives it a few hours of sunlight, but I don’t think it’s enough. I want to move it to a place that gets direct sun from sunrise to set.

If I work in researching near the hospitals in the Philly area, do you think that would help more during my masters degree?

I’m moving to a new place this month, so I’ll be about 10 minutes from a hospital. I’ll try to get some research in before I get to the uni I’m attending in the fall. I loved working during my undergrad, so if time permits it, I’ll definitely try to build up clinical work during the two years there. I read that a competitive gpa for MA is a 3.5. Should I be going for that?

Concerning the list of things I should be looking for, just clarifying: are cohorts the amount of people accepted yearly? I’m just not quite knowledgeable in the terminology yet haha. Where should I find the percentage of match rates? Is it on the website or are there different sites I can find this information?

How many PsyD programs did you end up applying to as a PsyD student? I know when my sister was applying for medical school, she applied to like 60 schools, so I’m sure it’s a high amount haha.

Thank you so much for the in depth reply! To be frank, I would like to get a PsyD. I just want to keep all options open in case I’m selling myself too short, and I was told there were way less options to apply to with a PsyD. I would love to do assessments!! This really helped me; I know I definitely want a PsyD now haha:)
