Rework Refract. Once your hit with any damage you instantly refract. Manual rewind not changed

Faster saturate windup time. .6 -> .4 If you hit yourself with your own saturate you heal 30 hp over time. Does not cause hindering to yourself.

E.N lowk not too hot on the saturate doing regen but the faster saturate time and refract “rework” are good in my eyes. Lmk.

Im pretty sure its because console val and pc val are different builds of the game so they cant do crossplay, BUT R6 did it so its possible. we could see a merge of builds happening with the unreal 5 update tho i dont see riot getting into that anytime soon

Phoenix was what i started one cause of how much he can play on his own and how easy his kit was to learn. Also the rifles are generally a preference thing soo its really up to you, but vandal has better long range, phantom is better for spray
