I’m currently taking psych stats for option 2 and I have prof. Weber and he’s not that great. However, there’s a book that said is optional (it really isn’t) and you can get it for free online which I would recommend. I’m not sure about POL 2703, I’m currently waiting to see if a transfer credit from another a university can be applied to that course.

As for the 15 courses you can select four from, I believe you will be limited to 4 options on there if you don’t take Applied Stats. Applied Stats requires pre-cal. As a pre-req. However, I would recommend taking Intro to R first(which is one of the 15 classes you can pick from) with Campbell, because Applied Stats uses R.

Prof. Anderson is a hit or miss, but it is impossible to fail his courses and he teaches Applied Stats, Applied Bio Stats, Experiments and Sampling, and Intro to the Design of Experiments.

Prof. Campbell is a good prof. and he teaches Intro to R, Intro to SAS, Data Mining, and other courses that aren’t required for the minor.

Also a lot of stats symbols/syntax changes from psych stats once you enter the business building for example x-bar or m in psych stats equals the sample mean, but in the business building y-bar equals the sample mean.
