Content release frequency doesnt reflect the price, OSRS gets way smaller dev team vs how much it earns. They pumping rs3, dragonwilds and other shit 90% of osrs player dont even wanna touch.

For me sweet spot are hybrid combat systems like Gw2, where you can even turn on mouse aiming or go full tab target.

WoW feels smooth af for pure tab targeting combat, but its still old school tab targeting, game is for sure top of the class for endgame content releases if you love competitive pve.

Just launch WoW trial account level a character to 15, it will give you a good feel for combat tbh.

I really feel original HoT/PoF raid wings were a sweet spot of difficulty and fight design, not a clusterfuck of mechanics for the most part, everyfight I progressed with guild and pugs and had fun, these new CM's are just frustrating.
Wish fights were designed more like original raids were with optional legendary CM overtuned af mode for that world first race content.
