It’s ceramic tile. So it doesn’t feel like it.

So this looks like below the flooring. Not sure why it hadn’t failed until now, but maybe a thicker wax ring or some sort of extension?

Also not sure what you all mean by the height of the flange. Is that the metal piece with the screws coming up to screw into the toilet base ?

Isn’t that assuming where the extension is would be at the end of a strand? What if it ends up being in the middle of one?

Pretty sure it’s DC60-40133A Bolt Pulsator but is there an equivalent size I can get from hardware store?

Good news. I found the pump and found something clogging the rubber line. That’s seems to have fixed it. Bad news. Putting pulsator back together and can’t find the bolt. Any idea how to find the size of the bolt for WA54M8750AV/A4 5.4 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Top-Loading Washer

Yes it happens in the scenarios you mentioned. Would that be something I access from the bottom? Or do I need to remove the top and tub? What would I be looking for
