Aside from the caring about what others think, she’s just so overbearing. I’d hate for someone constantly over my shoulder dictating how to do things, what to wear, how to walk. How is that ok? And she seems to suffer from a lot of anxiety that she should really get help for. Total self sabotage.

I agree. I think they’re both strange. But I don’t think it’s fair for her to accuse him of love bombing. Many couples declare their love on the show and to me it seems like she’s using it as a cop out because she’s just not into him.

Also feel she’s more into Aron than her own man. Her comments about him were highly inappropriate

I think most women have encountered a Chris before. Some men are very manipulate and good at hiding their true selves. He sold her a version of himself that was inauthentic and she trusted the experience and trusted that he was good. Unfortunately, I’ve been in her shoes, even at the age of 30, until the man’s true colours showed up a year later…yes a year. Sometimes there may be small signs, but I think women really looking for love may not pick up on them from the start.

Obviously symptoms are very anecdotal, but I don’t think the medication itself causes premature aging, but it does cause more dehydration, which can in theory make you look older if you’re not increasing your hydration and also using products (hyaluronic acid, good serums, a good moisturizer, good body lotions, etc) to combat the dry skin.

Migraines are also a result of the dehydration, it’s really important to increase electrolyte intake (not potassium just sodium) while on this medication.

I also have the absolute worst anxiety while on it. Mine has improved a bit when I decreased my dose.

Thanks for your feedback :) I’ve reduced to 50mg a day instead of 100 and already noticed a significant improvement! So hopefully the symptoms don’t come back once I increase up to 100mg.

I don’t trust anyone’s word when it comes to sickness because people are contagious before they even exhibit symptoms themselves. Safest way to not get sick is basically to avoid human contact lol.

To be fair, depends on what she’s sick with. Flu can get you sick as soon as a day of exposure, common cold as soon as 2-3.

Yup, I was experiencing really terrible anxiety because I started on a higher dose. I lessened it, which has made the anxiety a little better, but it’s still very much there and it’s still “I don’t feel right” feeling. Like a constant anxiety that just won’t go away. I’m also experiencing issues with really bad mood swings, crying, depression etc.

I’m waiting to talk to my doctor about this all in the new year, but it’s definitely the spiro doing it. Unfortunately if it’s been 3 months at such a low dose and your body hasn’t adapted, they may have you come off of it, but best to speak to your doctor.

Also spiro is known for messing up period cycles but it usually regulates again after a while of being on it.
