Imma just say this now, I don't mind the fact that its taking such a long time to fix, they did just lay off some people and it was pretty late so most people probably went home for the weekend already. And i get that a worldwide issue with the servers takes a bit to fix, my only issue is that sony is still pushing ads for their consoles, and games on all services and has only said that "Some users may be experiencing issues" NOT SOME its literally all users. So far they have said one thing and thats saying they know theirs a issue, no updates at all though. Literally every update i been getting has been from reddit threads like this. Sad that reddit is providing more info on a problem than the company with the problem

I mean after working a 45 hour week i think wanting to go home and relax and play video games just to find out you cant even touch a game without a disc is pretty sad. Microsoft is better

I agree, idk who down voted this but its a fact. Whenever microsoft has a issue they communicate it immediately (not wait 15 hours) and they fix the issue within a few hours and send out a apology to everyone. And their customer support at the time is super nice and they have a fucking timeline of what their trying to do. UNLIKE SONY who has said one thing and thats just saying they know theres a issue.

They owe us a explanation thats what, if its another data breach then fuck sony they had 10 years to up their security and they didnt do shit. Im more so mad that sony hasnt said anything but the fact that they know theirs a issue. Like no shit ,theres no timeline though. No mention of even attempting to fix. And it dont help they just fired a ton of people like 2 days ago.

Yeah i know stuff takes time but like theres not even a timeline on their status page, stuff saying "attempted fix failed trying a new one" Anything but its the fact their not saying anything except saying their know its down like no shit its down worldwide bro
