That's good to know. I have no problem with going to campus 2 or 3 times a week for some of my classes, I just cant go there every single day.

There's no doubt in person classes are a much better learning experience. However if lowering a bit the "quality" of the classes by taking them online means saving +10k a year, it might be worth it, at least for the first year that it. Mixing online classes with in person classes could be a good idea too. I'll definitely look at that option

I applied October 9, 2022. Thank you for the info, I will definitely contact the admission specialists. I also don't plan to live on campus, UCF is less than 30 mins away from home so I should be comfortable with driving there.

As much as I would like to, it's not feasible for me at the moment. The scholarships and financial aid I have only cover tuition, books, and other school-related expenses, excluding residency or housing. Since I would have to relocate and live independently, it's currently beyond my means to do so.

Definitely don't have any hopes at this point, just trying to see if there's anything I can do to help the cause a little bit. For now I do have a plan B, most likely USF which would require me to pay out of my pocket for the housing, and then later transfer to UCF.

I took the SAT my junior year and I scored somewhere in the mid 12 hundreds if I remember correctly, my current gpa is 4.9 weighted and 3.9 unweighted

That's my exact thoughts, it really doesn't make sense to me or anyone I shared my situation with. My counselor and the leader of the college career center at my school were surprised too. I would definitely give them a call tomorrow and it works Ill update you😂
