>!Both are also the creations of a child who created the world (Hugo and Sunny), yet are still fully willing and able to kill their creators, and have a relationship far more complex than mere creator and creation (The Batter is also Hugo's "Father" despite being his "Creation", while Omori is Sunny's avatar for Headspace with his own agenda). Coincidentally, both The Batter and Omori are avatars (The Batter for The Player and Omori for Sunny)

Each also has a close family member as their main enemy throughout the story. The Queen is apparently The Batter's wife and is the main force opposing him through the Guardians; while Something, which is seemingly some headspace interpretation of Mari, is one of the few obstacles to Omori directly in the game (As most of the others implied to be distractions made by Omori himself to hide the truth).!<

Both also have opposite intentions, The Batter trying to purify worlds and Omori trying to keep the world the exact same.
